Good quality. Seeing that this is mostly worn by nurses it would have been nice if it had shoulder buttons ect to attach my epaulettes to.

I was very skeptical when I ordered the gilet as I looked all over for this type of gilet and could not find any. It looks real to the picture, size correct. The only thing I do not like is the material used-Polyester. Wish one can choose which material you want.
